Disaggregate data by the categories defined in OMB Directive 15
Encourage Federal agencies to collect applicant flow data by using a revised form that has recently been approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
Improve the AAPI workforce data collected from employers by modifying the racial categories on the equal employment opportunities surveys (i.e. EEO-3, EEO-4).
Map where AAPI farms and ranches are located; collect information about their characteristics; and analyze changes over time, including impact on USDA program participation.
Analyze and characterize AAPI participation rates.
Identify existing AAPI data on Social Security Administration (SSA) programs/services by AAPI ethnic sub-populations.
Collect the appropriate transit data and Census data needed to extrapolate the approximate number of distinct AAPI community members that utilize transit systems in U.S. cities; determine the share of total ridership each group constitutes; make this information available to FTA leadership.
Disaggregate data on grant applications, individuals involved in CNCS activities, and communities served, by the categories defined in OMB Directive 15.
Improve the data collected during the private sector intake and charge process by further disaggregating AAPI national origin categories.
Review internal and external data disaggregation practices and explore potential for replication of best practices and systems.
Improve the collection, reporting, and disaggregation of data on the AANHPI population to reflect the HHS standards for data collection, analysis, and reporting of racial and ethnic data.
Assess capability to disaggregate data into Asian and Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander subgroups.
