The Agency's Small Business Program will work with national AAPI business groups and technical assistance providers to ensure more AAPI small businesses are aware of agency opportunities.

Provide leadership training, career development, and mentoring opportunities to EPA personnel.
Conduct baseline assessment of applications for grants and awarding of funds to AAPI-serving organizations and communities.
Maintain EPA Work Force level of AAPIs at a level equal to or above Civilian Labor Force and with representation at all levels within EPA.
