Research comparative data on Department intake and advancement (+national labor statistics), and test trajectory over the past ten years.

 

Build mentorship, culture of support, and outreach efforts (Diplomats-in-Residence, Job Fairs, etc.) to highlight career opportunities at State for AAPIs.
